Windows is dead easy to acquire for free (this was news to me after being away from the PC world for so long): first of all, Microsoft will let you download an ISO for easy setup with Bootcamp, no need for physical media of any kind (pick the 64 bit version). Bootup into Windows takes under 25 seconds with the newer SSD Macs. I mainly recommend Bootcamp because of performance: you'll find that the game performs well even with onboard graphics, isn't a memory hog like parallels, and doesn't crash randomly like it does with Wine.
Note that Time Machine backups will take up invisible space on your hard drive, and you may need to manually delete them (more info here) MTG Arena is coming to the Mac platform, via the Epic Games Store Plus its coming much faster than youd think, too. You will need ~45 GB hard drive space free to start the process.
